Returns & Exchanges: The Lowdown
At SmokinShirts, we take pride in the gear we ship. We want you to love your merch, but we’ve got to keep things fair. Here’s the deal on returns.
The "Oops, It’s Not Right" Rule
We only accept returns if your gear arrives damaged or defective. Because our stuff is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size choices (check the size guide, folks!)
- Mistakes in your personalization/customization.
- Minor color variations from your screen to the fabric.
- Simply changing your mind.
The 14-Day Window
Found an issue with your stash? You’ve got 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to get that item back to us.
- The Condition: It must be in the exact condition you received it. If it smells like smoke, pets, perfume, or looks like it’s been through the wringer, we can’t accept it. No exceptions.
The Cost of Shipping
If you’re sending an item back, you’re responsible for the postage. If we’ve goofed and the item is defective, we’ll cover the shipping to get a fresh one out to you.
How to Start a Return
Don't just mail it back to us without a word. Send an email to Hello@SmokinShirts.com to initiate the process. We’ll give you the return address and instructions.
The Refund Process
Once your package lands at our HQ, our team will inspect it.
- Approval: We’ll shoot you an email saying we’ve got it and what the next steps are. If approved, your refund will hit your original payment method in a few business days.
- Rejection: If the item comes back in a worn condition or past the 14-day mark, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
- Missing Funds: If you’re waiting on a refund, give your bank a shout first—they’re usually the ones holding onto the cash during processing. If you’ve checked with them and still see nothing, email us at Hello@SmokinShirts.com.
Important Bits
- Sale Items: Sale items are final. We cannot offer refunds on items purchased at a discount.
- Exchanges: We only swap out defective or damaged goods for the exact same item.
- Shipping Insurance: If you're sending back an item worth over £75, use a trackable service. We aren't responsible for packages that go missing in the mail.
